Round-Robin Mailer reads emails from a given POP3 or IMAP server just like a traditional mail server. After going through the messages it will send them out via SMTP to the staff members you have added to your database. When adding a staff member, you have to specify their names and email addresses, as well as a few optional parameters, like their schedule, if, for example, you want to distribute emails during business hours only. Additionally, if one staff member is unavailable, you can tick an option, next to their entry, to stop sending them emails.

You can set up one or more rules by selecting various conditions and actions. For example, you can set the program to forward messages only if their subjects contain a certain string or to perform other actions, if certain conditions are met. It is also possible to set Round-Robin Mailer to modify emails automatically in a similar manner. You can select what to modify, how and with what.
